What You’ll Do
- Process high volumes of invoices, refunds, and carrier payables with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial and performance reports for leadership review
- Manage chargebacks, cancellations, AR statements, and third-party collections submissions
- Apply incoming payments and reconcile agency financial records consistently
- Support billing, reconciliation, and financial documentation processes across the agency
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of accounting experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Familiarity with agency billing, reconciliation, and collections processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis)
- Experience with VUE, AMS, or similar agency management systems a plus
