What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate books for multiple companies
- Manage AP/AR, payroll, and financial entries
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger activity
- Process payroll and reimbursement transactions
- Import and post bank transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare filings (1099/1096, property tax reports)
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to client and internal inquiries
- Handle special accounting projects as needed
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years accounting and financial admin experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with Bill.com and payroll systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Strong confidentiality and professionalism
