Remote eligible; candidates must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
Requires two evening shifts per week (12pm-9pm CST and 10am-7pm CST) and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks; role involves significant time sitting, typing, and talking on the phone.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Perform outbound calls on past-due accounts and take ownership of resolving delinquency according to company policy.
⦁ Research delinquent accounts, determine the best resolution path, and use company resources to achieve one-call resolutions.
⦁ Process payments by phone (including credit card transactions) and provide hardship relief options in line with company practices.
What You Need
⦁ Associate’s degree in a related field or relevant applicable experience.
⦁ Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email) with strong typing and attention to detail.
⦁ Professional phone presence with persuasion and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.
