This position assumes responsibility with regards to providing product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership, Brand Manufacturer and Customers for US and Canada. This position has shared responsibility for contributing to company’s goals and objectives while improving operating efficiencies and expanded services. Manage phone availability and inbound / outbound call volume. Provide exceptional service and manage SL and AR for service. Provide product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership, Brand Manufacturer and Customers for US and Canada.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive emails or calls from sales agent/dealers and determine the nature of the request: special quotes; registrations, corrections; etc.
- Resolve the sales agent/dealer’s request or problem by providing the necessary information.
- Follow up personally with agent/dealer to ensure that request was resolved satisfactorily by email and or phone call.
- File correspondence and other documents according to the established file system via sharepoint.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFACTIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with parties both inside and outside of the organization.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED (required). Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
