Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers professionally to resolve account balances
- Set up payment arrangements and assist with account status updates
- Follow compliance and call structure guidelines at all times
- Meet performance goals and maintain accurate account records
- Escalate pressing issues to management as needed
- Collaborate positively with team members and represent the company professionally
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous collections experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Conflict resolution skills and attention to detail
