What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers respectfully to assist with account resolution
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to set up payment arrangements
- Follow compliance guidelines, including Local, State, and Federal requirements
- Accurately document account updates and resolutions
- Escalate urgent issues to management when necessary
- Achieve performance goals while maintaining professionalism
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous collections experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry ability
- Customer service mindset with high attention to detail
