If you’ve got consultative sales chops and can handle long cycles without getting impatient, this role is built for hunters who can also manage relationships. You’ll own a territory selling Canon Medical imaging solutions to community medical centers, critical access hospitals, and outpatient imaging centers, while coordinating internal resources to move deals from lead to close.

Remote, field-based.
You must live in or near the designated metro area within the territory (Iowa-based).
Quarterly close cadence and ongoing territory coverage expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Drive territory sales objectives using consultative selling skills and product/market knowledge
- Build and execute a multi-county territory coverage plan across hospitals and imaging centers
- Maintain regular customer contact to uncover future needs and ensure service requirements are met
- Qualify inbound leads and build opportunity visibility within the territory
- Partner with lifecycle teams to identify aging install base and plan upgrades or replacements
- Close sales orders quarterly and stay accountable for volume and coverage
- Keep sales tools updated with accurate call activity, opportunity status, and territory coverage
What You Need
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong MS Office and general computer proficiency
- Consultative selling experience, including developing and closing large contracts
- Experience managing long sales cycles, quotas, and forecasting
- Knowledge of diagnostic imaging products and system applications
- Valid state driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in medical imaging or similar sales environment
- 3+ years medical imaging sales experience preferred
Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 plus target incentive compensation.
