What You’ll Do

⦁ Expand revenue from the existing customer base through consultative upselling and cross-selling, using an inquisitive, partner-based approach.

⦁ Own renewals, retention, and account growth while delivering a consistently strong customer experience.

⦁ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities from current customers, while working toward sales targets.

⦁ Develop strong knowledge of customer segmentation, behaviors, and industry insights to increase customer lifetime value.

⦁ Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and feature requests to influence product improvements and adoption.

⦁ Educate customers on new features, increase utilization, and gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

⦁ Drive customer references and case studies by creating “raving fans” who can speak to results and value.

What You Need

⦁ 3–5 years of account management experience (or comparable customer-facing retention and growth experience).

⦁ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders.

⦁ A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand needs, manage expectations, and follow through consistently.

⦁ Comfort managing high volume across multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a results-oriented, proactive approach.

⦁ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred); Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) are a plus.
