Schedule
- Full-time, salaried position
- Fully remote (U.S.) with occasional business travel for client needs

What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary Account Manager for an assigned book of self-funded group health clients
- Act as the liaison between employer, broker, Client Executive, and internal Allied departments
- Communicate industry and legislative updates, including ACA compliance requirements
- Manage and resolve escalated employee issues in a professional, solutions-focused way
- Conduct quarterly meetings to review plan performance, deepen relationships, and drive retention
- Prepare and deliver employee presentations, employer portal trainings, and executive summary reviews
- Communicate plan design, financial, and vendor partner changes to internal teams
- Produce and analyze ad hoc reporting for clients, brokers, and Client Executives
- Support renewals by managing claims, updating plan documents, and project managing open enrollment
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and cross-sell Allied solutions to existing clients
What You Need
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in an account management role, ideally in benefits or health insurance
- Strong working knowledge of employee medical benefit plans
- Experience with group health insurance and self-funded plans preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with public speaking
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Life and Health Insurance Producer’s license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
