What You’ll Do

Own a portfolio of Financial Advisor accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted partner
Build retention strategies by understanding client goals and advising on best practices to optimize campaigns
Drive revenue growth through upsells and expanding adoption of products and services
Lead high-priority client escalation calls, including negotiation and resolution planning
Use Tableau and other sales tools to uncover opportunities and improve account performance
Maintain clean, accurate Salesforce records across your book of business
Support operational workflows like onboarding, pre-activation processes, and compliance approvals
Investigate billing discrepancies and support finance-related conversations when needed
Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives, Advisor Support, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product
Represent the AM function in strategic meetings, share insights, and help drive tool and feature adoption

What You Need

3+ years of account management experience managing a high volume of clients
Strong consultative selling ability with a track record of identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions
Excellent communication skills and confident phone presence across email, calls, and virtual meetings
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (leadership or mentorship experience is a plus)
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and communicate via phone/video as needed
Interest in the financial advisory space and willingness to learn (industry experience not required)
