Customer-facing role supporting a portfolio of existing accounts with a high-volume, fast-paced cadence.
Expectation: manage renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ongoing customer engagement using CRM tools.
What You’ll Do
Expand revenue within an existing customer base through upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and partner-based account strategy
Own customer engagement and journey mapping, building strong relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term value
Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback, supporting product adoption, and helping drive references and case studies
What You Need
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or a customer-facing sales role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to set and manage expectations
Ability to manage high volume across multiple accounts and priorities, CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus), plus solid business tool skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint a plus)
