What You’ll Do
⦁ Grow revenue inside existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell (partner-based selling)
⦁ Own customer engagement across the lifecycle: adoption, renewals, retention, expansion
⦁ Maintain a pipeline of opportunities within your customer base and hit sales targets
⦁ Build relationships across stakeholders, from day-to-day ops to decision-makers
⦁ Use customer journey mapping and proactive outreach to increase customer lifetime value
⦁ Bring customer feedback into product conversations, pushing feature requests and improvements
⦁ Educate customers on new features and drive utilization through enablement and check-ins
⦁ Drive references and case studies (turn happy customers into proof)

What You Need
⦁ 3–5 years of account management experience
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with customers
⦁ Customer-first mindset with the ability to manage expectations and de-escalate issues
⦁ Ability to handle volume and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication
⦁ Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
⦁ Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills are a plus
⦁ A results-driven, creative, “exceed expectations” attitude
