- NYC requirement: Employees based in the New York City area must work from the Manhattan office every Tuesday

What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for digital media clients in the Lifesciences division, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Partner with the Strategic Sales Director to support campaign strategy, client engagement, and account growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams (media, operations, content, CX, delivery) to launch, optimize, and report on digital campaigns.
- Translate client goals (ROI, CPA, audience, reach) into smart media plans and integrated digital solutions.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, proactively recommending optimizations to improve KPIs and profitability.
- Collaborate on pre-sale proposals and media strategies using data, benchmarks, and product knowledge.
- Use data and third-party measurement tools (e.g., Crossix, IQVIA, Comscore Symphony) to analyze impact and guide decision-making.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations in clear, compelling formats.
- Address client issues, escalate when needed, and ensure timely, accurate campaign execution and billing.
- Support renewals and up-sell opportunities by consistently driving strong results and high client satisfaction.
What You Need
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 3 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns in a client service or account management role (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred).
- Proven experience with performance-driven campaigns and KPIs (ROI, CPA, audience targeting, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, client-friendly language.
- Solid analytical skills and comfort using data and reporting tools to guide strategy and optimizations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel), and other common business tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make sound decisions with a solution-focused mindset.
- Collaborative, team-first attitude with genuine enthusiasm for digital advertising and client success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and events.
