Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Seattle, WA preferred, open across USA)
- Monday–Friday, business hours
Responsibilities
- Manage a renewal book of dental professional liability coverage, including initiating renewal applications, securing underwriting info, obtaining quotes, and binding coverage
- Present proposals to insureds via email/fax and follow up to close bind orders
- Handle policy administration: changes, cancellations, binders, certificates, and invoicing
- Develop and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships
- Drive new business revenue from prospects and existing clients, ensuring appropriate insurance solutions are recommended
- Conduct presentations at dental schools and with DSOs as needed
- Research client inquiries, prepare real-time responses, and market accounts to carriers
- Collect premiums and manage finance contracts for accounts requesting premium financing
- Attend sales meetings and stay informed of industry trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- State of Washington 2-20 Property & Casualty license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Applied Epic
- Strong business practices, judgment, and office procedures knowledge
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm and operate office equipment/PCs
- Ability to travel as needed, including air travel and driving (good driving record required)
Compensation
- $28.85 – $33.66 per hour (based on experience, location, and budget considerations)
