Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Base salary: $45,000
- On-target earnings: $70,000–$85,000 in the first year

Responsibilities
- Prospect financial professionals through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up.
- Use HubSpot to document activities, forecast opportunities, and track pipeline.
- Demonstrate FMG’s products and communicate their value to prospects.
- Build trust-based client relationships and maintain rapport with prospects.
- Attend sales training and team meetings, actively applying feedback to improve.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and activity targets.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of FMG products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Work from a secure, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (SaaS sales experience a plus).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong motivation with resilience to close deals and achieve targets.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
- Self-confident, organized, and solution-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), G Suite, and Slack is a plus.
- Understanding of the financial services industry is helpful but not required.
