Schedule
Remote (or NYC-based option)
Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Travel required: 50%+ (including approximately six regional conferences per year)

What You’ll Do

⦁ Own solution selling to mid-sized and enterprise behavioral health practices (multispecialty ABA/SP/OT/PT)
⦁ Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline and closing execution
⦁ Prospect and develop new business by building relationships with multi-service practice owners and decision makers
⦁ Diagnose current and long-term customer needs and propose solutions that drive commitment and close
⦁ Build deep product expertise and clearly explain features, benefits, and technical aspects of the platform
⦁ Deliver polished presentations tailored to the audience and stakeholder level
⦁ Maintain accurate Salesforce data (meetings, contacts, updates, forecasts) and submit reports on time
⦁ Use Zoom effectively for remote discovery, demos, and stakeholder alignment
⦁ Represent the company at conferences and events to generate interest and accelerate deals

What You Need

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
⦁ 2+ years of sales experience preferred, with a track record of exceeding goals
⦁ Comfort with technology and proficiency with Microsoft Office
⦁ Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence speaking to decision makers
⦁ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities
⦁ Willingness and ability to travel 50%+
⦁ Bonus: Experience selling billing or RCM software
⦁ Bonus: Salesforce experience
