What You’ll Do
⦁ Run sales calls and product demos, clearly communicating value and handling objections with confidence
⦁ Build and maintain relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor
⦁ Qualify leads by uncovering needs, pain points, budget, and fit
⦁ Manage your pipeline in a CRM with accurate notes, next steps, and prioritization
⦁ Negotiate and close deals by understanding decision-making, timelines, and constraints
⦁ Collaborate with customer success and marketing to ensure smooth handoff and aligned strategy
⦁ Stay informed on market trends and competitors, sharing insights to sharpen sales approach and product positioning
⦁ Consistently work toward and exceed revenue targets through disciplined execution
What You Need
⦁ 2+ years of experience as a BDR or similar sales role, ideally in B2B
⦁ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
⦁ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
⦁ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
⦁ Comfort using CRMs and sales tools to manage leads and track activity
⦁ Ability to understand customer needs quickly and tailor your approach accordingly
⦁ Strong organization, time management, and prioritization
⦁ Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (modern i5/i3 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Backup device meeting i3-level performance and usable during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
