What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for EMR software in the rehab and chiropractic market.
- Build and grow relationships with key healthcare accounts and decision-makers.
- Self-generate pipeline through outbound outreach while managing inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery, tailor demos, and present compelling proposals.
- Develop and execute account plans to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine positioning and demos.
- Stay current on competitor landscape and market trends in healthcare EMR.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in healthcare EMR or healthcare SaaS.
- Proven track record of beating quota and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience selling to or working with chiropractic practices is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of practice operations, billing, and clinical workflows in outpatient or chiropractic settings.
- Comfortable owning pipeline generation (outbound + inbound) in a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and client events.
