What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts, especially in the chiropractic market
- Develop a deep understanding of client EMR, billing, and clinical needs to position Prompt as the best solution
- Prospect and self generate pipeline through outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads
- Identify new sales opportunities through research, discovery calls, demos, and strategic follow up
- Create and execute account plans to hit and exceed revenue targets
- Deliver compelling EMR product demos and proposals in partnership with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Keep accurate, up to date records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM
- Provide regular pipeline and revenue updates to sales leadership
- Ensure smooth handoff and timely delivery of software and services to new customers
- Represent Prompt at healthcare industry events and conferences to stay on top of trends and competitors
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, ideally with healthcare EMR or related SaaS
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in the healthcare space
- Experience selling into or working with chiropractic practices is a strong plus
- Familiarity with operations, billing, and clinical workflows in outpatient care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable selling to owners, admins, and clinical leaders
- Hands on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically for conferences and key events

- On target earnings (OTE): around 200,000 dollars per year (base + commission, with upside potential)
