Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday to Friday, schedule set by management between 5:00am–6:00pm PT
- Up to 30 percent travel, including overnight travel
What You’ll Do
- Build and close new business for HR and payroll solutions
- Run full-cycle sales: outbound outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and contract negotiation
- Engage C-level prospects and position ROI and value proposition
- Manage pipeline and daily CRM activity in Salesforce
- Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
- Support trade show and partner activity as needed
What You Need
- Proven success selling HR or payroll SaaS solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build executive-level relationships
- Detail-oriented, organized, consistent follow-through
- Self-motivated, reliable, and quota-driven
- Salesforce experience preferred
