What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a client base through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Schedule and deliver tailored product demos that connect features to real client pain points
- Create quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals aligned with company goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep your pipeline tight and up to date
- Monitor sales dashboards, follow up on open opportunities, and drive deals to decision
- Prepare forecasts and performance reports for leadership visibility
- Stay sharp on product updates, industry trends, and competitors
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to stay fluent in the platform
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences
- Help train new sales team members on software and sales processes
What You Need
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience (or closely related)
- Strong communication, discovery, and presentation skills
- Comfort running demos and handling objections without getting rattled
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Self starter mindset with strong follow through and time management
- Willingness to travel and adjust hours when business demands it
Benefits
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000 to $120,000 (base + commission)
