Schedule
- Full time, remote position
- Standard business hours, with some flexibility based on prospect and client availability
- Work closely with the Sales team and leadership in a virtual environment

What You’ll Do
- Learn and execute the fundamentals of SaaS medical software sales with hands on, professional training
- Identify and engage decision makers at orthodontic and dental practices, clearly communicating the value of the Gaidge software suite
- Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations with dental and orthodontic professionals
- Build and manage strategic relationships that align Gaidge solutions with each practice’s growth goals
- Participate in ongoing training around sales psychology, SaaS technology, and general business skills
- Contribute to a motivated, fun, high performance sales culture that celebrates effort, learning, and wins
What You Need
- A strong desire to jumpstart or advance a career in professional B2B/SaaS sales
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort with rejection and a growth mindset—you’re willing to fail, learn, and get better
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in people and their business challenges
- Curiosity about technology, data, and how software can solve real problems for customers
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience and drive
Benefits
- Competitive compensation range, reasonably expected between $34,250 and $130,000 depending on experience, performance, and other factors
