Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (first 3 weeks)
- Regular shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- 100% attendance required during first 60 days
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Mission Lane credit cards
- Explain account information and solutions with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Accurately complete after-call documentation
- Navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently
- Build rapport with customers and manage challenging conversations calmly
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear explanations
- Skilled at problem-solving and judgment in fast-moving situations
- Comfortable with technology and learning new tools; fast, accurate typing
- Reliable home workspace: quiet, private, and distraction-free
- Internet speed minimum: 80 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $18.07
