What You’ll Do
- Lead new clients through setup for PushPress products (Core, Train, Branded App)
- Collect key business info to support website onboarding
- Deliver onboarding via 1:1 consults, group sessions, and chat support (Intercom)
- Teach workflows and best practices that match each gym’s goals
- Track onboarding progress in HubSpot and follow up to remove blockers
- Partner with Support and Operations to fix onboarding gaps and improve the journey
- Review and update help docs and onboarding materials (PushStart) for clarity and accuracy
- Spot early churn risk signals and escalate when needed
- Provide fast “how-to” support during the critical onboarding window
What You Need
- 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or client-facing SaaS work
- 2+ years in gym ownership/management or coaching/fitness operations
- Strong communication skills (clear, warm, confident)
- Comfortable on video calls and screen share, including mobile-to-desktop walkthroughs
- Strong follow-up habits and project management instincts
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Experience with tools like Intercom, Zoom, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack
- Familiarity with PushPress products is a plus
