Patients receive a dedicated care team, and Equip operates in all 50 states while partnering with most major insurance plans. Schedule
- Full-time, remote (USA)
- Salary: $58K–$65K (bonus eligible)
- Up to 10% travel for select conferences
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Clinical Partnership team to build and execute the regional conference roadmap
- Drive cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders to keep goals, messaging, and execution aligned
- Own end-to-end conference execution: calendar management, contracting, attendee coordination, lead management, booth logistics, and post-event reporting
- Maintain event playbooks and best practices to keep conference presence consistent and high quality
- Collaborate with Marketing partners (Integrated Marketing, Content, Creative) to select and develop audience-specific content and materials
- Manage conference and promotional assets through the digital storefront
- Use data to shape the customer journey before, during, and after conferences
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned
What You Need
- 3+ years of dedicated event marketing/event management experience
- Strong project management skills, including breaking big initiatives into milestones and handling multiple events at once
- Comfort working with vendors, attendees, and executives in fast-moving environments
- Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners while staying deadline-driven
- Flexibility and agility to pivot quickly when conference needs change
- Experience managing budgets
- Familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and business judgment
- Strong critical thinking and a proactive, ownership-driven work style
