Schedule
- Full time, Remote
- Must reside in: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CST
- Pay: $19.00/hr
- Vacation accrual: 15 days per year (monthly accrual)
What You’ll Do
- Learn Oscar’s processes, procedures, and tools to support day-to-day operations
- Support members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple communication channels
- Manage an assigned caseload while meeting service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
- Monitor and track work-in-progress issues to ensure timely turnaround
- Escalate and resolve issues through established pathways when needed
- Build working relationships with internal and external partners
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Follow operational, regulatory, and compliance standards related to PHI and applicable laws
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused environment
- 6+ months of healthcare experience
- High school diploma or GED
