Schedule
- Part time, Remote (states eligible listed below)
- Pay rate: $15.00/hr
- Must have full time availability for training
- Minimum of two evening shifts per week and every other Saturday
- Remote employees must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
What You’ll Do
- Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls (identity, SSN, address, employment, project completion, and more)
- Spot unusual scenarios, ask follow-up questions, and dig in using critical thinking and active listening
- Enter new or updated information into operating systems accurately during verification calls
- Document notes correctly in required areas following company procedures
- Answer customer questions related to interest, statements, and account information
- Identify, report, and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management
- Handle dealer calls regarding verification disputes (loan terms, documents, project completion, or inability to contact applicants before funding)
- Review loan status and documentation so calls are handled accurately and routed correctly
- Learn and maintain a strong understanding of FFC verification policies and procedures
What You Need
- 2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills and strong attention to detail
- Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication
- Comfort using word processing software, spreadsheet software, and internet tools
- Availability for evening shifts and every other Saturday, plus full time availability for training
