- Must use broadband internet (DSL or cable), wired connection required (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and support customers with service plans, upgrades, add-on services, and billing questions
- Perform basic troubleshooting for telecom and mobile device issues
- Advocate for the customer by listening closely, showing compassion, and resolving concerns patiently
- De-escalate challenging situations while staying calm and positive
- Identify opportunities to upsell or enhance accounts with additional products and services
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-centered call center environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (must be available for upload verification)
- 6 months of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Work from home setup in a private residence that matches the address on file
- Comfortable using company-issued equipment (webcam, desktop computer, mouse, keyboard, etc.)
- Broadband internet via DSL or cable only (no satellite, dial-up, or wireless/5G)
- Wired connection with proof of minimum speed requirements (10 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up)
