What You’ll Do
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely, accurate responses
- Help customers with product selection, order placement, and order tracking
- Identify concerns, provide solutions and recommendations, and document all interactions
- Partner with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service based on feedback
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge and support upselling when appropriate
- Monitor and update customer account records for accuracy in the system
- Meet individual performance targets and participate in training and development
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in customer service is a plus)
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfort using CRM tools and systems to track customer interactions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
