Schedule
- Contract role
- Remote (Dominican Republic)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
- Shift-based scheduling with rotating shifts and days off
- Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and emergency shifts as needed
- Must have an up-to-date computer/laptop (no Chromebooks) and reliable internet
What You’ll Do
- Handle Tier 2 escalations and resolve complex customer issues across billing and technical support
- Support customers via phone, email, and social media with timely, effective responses
- Strive for one-call resolution using internal tools and resources
- Stay current on product updates, service changes, policies, and technical issues through ongoing training
- Engage with social platforms as part of customer support, including managing posts and customer interactions
- Use sound judgment and consistent follow-through to deliver high-quality customer care
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience handling escalations from Tier 1 agents
- Strong phone and customer service skills with excellent interpersonal presence
- Experience with social media platforms, including engagement and post management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment and follow-through to resolve issues end-to-end
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
