What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute Suntria’s social media strategy across key platforms for both brand and recruiting audiences
- Create scroll-stopping content that highlights solar as a customer solution and a career opportunity
- Build and manage content calendars, campaigns, and daily posting to drive engagement, reach, and conversions
- Partner with leadership, sales, and marketing to translate real wins into digital stories that attract and inspire
- Design high-impact static graphics, banners, and visual assets for events, announcements, and campaigns
- Own and maintain Suntria’s brand voice: clear, bold, positive, and opportunity-driven
- Track performance, optimize based on results, and bring fresh creative ideas to keep the brand ahead of trends
What You Need
- Proven experience managing and growing social media for a brand (sales, tech, renewable energy, lifestyle, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong design skills using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or other professional design platforms
- Solid content strategy and storytelling instincts with a strong eye for branding
- Sharp copywriting skills across multiple tones (professional, inspiring, recruiting, customer-friendly)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and pull compelling stories from field teams
- Trend awareness grounded in strategy, knowing what works and why
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong static content, campaigns, and brand storytelling
