What You’ll Do
- Lead multi-platform media strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google aligned to acquisition, retention, awareness, and LTV goals
- Define testing roadmaps, audience frameworks, and creative strategies across channels
- Recommend media mix, budget allocation, and scaling plans based on performance data
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
- Design scalable campaign and account structures that support testing and measurement
- Partner with analytics/technical teams to ensure tracking, attribution, and event setup are configured correctly
- Manage and optimize Shopify catalog feeds to support performance and shopping campaigns
- Monitor performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements to hit ROAS, CAC, or CPA targets
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve results
- Identify scaling opportunities while protecting efficiency and margins
- Brief design, content, and UGC teams on concepts and formats tailored to platform and funnel stage
- Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to align messaging, targeting, and offers
- Provide clear, data-backed feedback to improve creative iteration cycles
- Build weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Present results to clients and internal stakeholders, translating performance into business impact and next steps
- Contribute to internal playbooks and frameworks to strengthen paid media best practices
- Mentor junior specialists and review work as needed
What You Need
- 5–8+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Deep platform knowledge: ad formats, algorithms, audience behavior, and channel-specific strategy
- Proven experience with e-commerce or DTC full-funnel performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Funnel, Triple Whale, or similar
- Experience owning five- or six-figure monthly budgets across channels
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, editors, copywriters, and growth teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including direct client and founder interactions
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Ability to operate remotely on ET or similar time zones
