About Liberty University Online (LUO)
Liberty University Online supports prospective students pursuing undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs through online education. The enrollment team helps students find program fit, understand admissions requirements, and move through the enrollment pipeline.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Training: 8–10 weeks (initial training period)
- After training: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM required
- Must be able to work first/second shifts, rotating Saturdays, and occasional overtime
- Reliable wired broadband required (satellite internet like Starlink is not compatible)
What You’ll Do
- Convert prospective students into qualified applicants for LUO programs
- Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
- Counsel students on program fit, admissions requirements, financial aid, transfer guidelines, and military-related topics
- Answer complex questions about admissions policies and procedures
- Use information management systems to log outreach and document details
- Promote the value and benefits of LUO programs (undergrad through doctoral)
- Partner with support offices to resolve student concerns
- Apply daily/weekly coaching feedback to improve performance and hit KPIs
- Identify ways to improve recruitment and student services processes
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or contact center experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication (respond to emails/calls within 24 hours)
- Sound judgment and problem-solving to help students overcome enrollment obstacles
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
- Stable internet that meets speed and reliability requirements (wired broadband recommended)
