Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
- Weekend rotation required
- Equipment provided (laptop + headset)
- Paid sales training completed from home
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls daily with urgency, care, and professionalism
- Retain customers by resolving issues and preventing voluntary disconnects
- Renegotiate agreement terms and coordinate repricing for eligible customers
- Manage retention support through phone, email, and other inbound communication
- Use active listening, empathy, and ownership to drive outcomes
- Assess customer needs, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Make independent decisions within guidelines to resolve concerns
- Consistently work toward and achieve sales/retention targets
- Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and time management
What You Need
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Call center experience with proven ability to generate sales/meet targets
- Strong rapport-building skills and an ethical, customer-first approach
- Competitive, goal-driven, coachable mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently
- Ability to pass background/employment history check and drug screening
- Residency required in one of these states only: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, TX
