What You’ll Do
- Vet client requests to confirm they align with operational needs and product capabilities
- Determine customer-specific processing parameters and complete One Call product/service setup
- Build product workflow documents that summarize processing requirements and key conversion challenges
- Gather requirements through interviews and information sessions to define how products/processes must be established
- Coordinate and conduct readiness reviews and guide clients through implementation planning and execution
- Examine client processes, forms, and reports to document operational needs and post-implementation workflows
- Collect and assess customer forms/data files and identify customization needs with internal teams
- Coordinate implementation maintenance, including error resolution, system/data changes, and balancing adjustments
- Review implementation results and drive follow-up fixes to ensure a stable launch
- Serve as a subject matter resource during implementation, troubleshooting issues and guiding product use
- Collaborate with sales and operations and may help develop new procedures to ensure products are used appropriately
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–3 years of healthcare experience in ancillary services preferred
- Advanced communication skills (clear, concise, professional verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze problems and solve them using tools/structured methods
- Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and communicate with technical teams
- Strong analytical and technical skills, especially for data mapping work
- Ability to manage projects at the level expected for the role, independently and collaboratively
