What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or instant messaging for business customers
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound issues and inquiries
- Resolve basic support needs (address updates, order processing, billing/payment questions, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and use tools/resources to determine next steps
- Escalate product or service-related issues to the appropriate Product Support team when needed
- Track and document support requests with accurate notes and proper account updates
- Follow up on escalated issues to learn resolutions and build your knowledge
- Meet performance standards (quality, schedule adherence, average handle time)
- May provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced associates
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred, or equivalent experience)
- Strong customer service skills and a calm, professional communication style (verbal and written)
- Solid computer navigation skills and comfort working across systems
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and data entry
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment with productivity expectations
- Ability to handle moderate to significant mental stress during heavy workload periods
- Home workspace that supports company work-from-home requirements (computer-based, sedentary role)
