What You’ll Do
- Educate clients on the financial hardship debt program, benefits, and next steps
- Handle primarily inbound calls from at-risk clients considering leaving the program
- Deescalate upset clients with empathy, active listening, and clear options
- Use a CRM to pull client details fast and document every interaction accurately
- Review the client’s financial situation and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate and retain clients in the program while aligning with their goals
- Hit retention targets and earn commissions based on outcomes
- Deliver strong customer service through phone and other communication tools
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree is a plus)
- Comfortable with high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong deescalation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Tech savvy with CRM tools and multitasking across systems
- Strong verbal and written communication + active listening
- Calm under pressure, resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace and reliable internet (hardwired connection expected)
- Must reside in the 48 contiguous United States (per application question)
