- Hours of operation: Monday–Sunday, 8:00am–11:30pm EST
- Schedule changes every 3 months and is performance-based
What You’ll Do
- Provide inbound (and some outbound) customer support for tech products using a call flow guide
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and client product issues
- Answer customer questions about products and services with a professional, friendly tone
- Track, document, and retrieve customer and issue details in databases
- Ask probing questions to diagnose problems and drive to resolution
- Maintain working knowledge of common consumer tech (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables)
What You Need
- 1+ year customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort explaining technology clearly to non-technical customers
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- A quiet, distraction-free work space at home
- Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Minimum 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
- Desktop or laptop available to complete testing (work computer is provided)
