Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote role; must be able to work until 8:00 PM ET
- High-speed internet required and must follow telework/workplace model expectations
- Paid training provided (approximately 4–18 weeks, depending on the customer group supported)
What You’ll Do
- Advocate for customers by actively listening, understanding needs, and providing clear support
- Resolve benefit and claims questions while documenting all interactions and outcomes
- Educate customers on available resources and help them navigate their options
- Provide proactive solutions by anticipating needs and preventing repeat issues
- Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to improve service outcomes
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and follow all policies and the CVS/Aetna Code of Conduct
What You Need
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems
- Strong empathy, communication skills, and a respectful phone presence
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work assigned hours, including working until 8:00 PM ET
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
