Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments through inbound and outbound calls
- Provide professional, empathetic support to patients and address questions or concerns
- Accurately enter and update patient and appointment details in scheduling systems
- Communicate appointment instructions clearly and confirm details with patients
- Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and coordinate with clinical teams as needed
- Make follow-up calls for confirmations and reminders
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 1+ year customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette, clear communication, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient PC skills (including basic Excel); comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Remote-readiness: dependable high-speed internet, ability to hardwire equipment, and a private/distraction-free workspace
- Prior remote work experience preferred
- Reliable transportation if you live within 50 miles of an Oak Street Health center and need to go onsite occasionally
- Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish language skills preferred
- U.S. work authorization
