What You’ll Do
- Provide timely support to card users via email, resolving issues related to activation, transactions, payment processing, security, and card experience
- Communicate clearly to diagnose user needs and deliver the right solutions for different technical skill levels
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams (product, technology, operations) to drive resolution
- Educate users on best practices for safe, efficient use of the Trust Wallet app and card
- Manage expectations and keep users informed during incidents, outages, or service interruptions
- Document user interactions and capture feedback to improve card payment services and support workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects related to card payment services
- Follow Quality Assurance standards and adhere to team schedules and processes
- Support team goals through projects like ticket deflection strategies, data and trend analysis, and defect reduction efforts
- Maintain a positive, collaborative approach across the team and cross-functional partners
What You Need
- 2–3 years of frontline customer support experience (fintech, payments, or crypto preferred)
- Experience in banking, payment networks, or card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting digital wallets, crypto payment cards, or blockchain payment solutions (plus)
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to users with varying levels of knowledge
- Strong customer relationship skills with a track record of resolving issues effectively
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and your native language
- Passion for crypto payments and a customer-first mindset
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
