What You’ll Do
- Own the onboarding journey for a portfolio of new clients from signed agreement through CRM and website launch
- Drive client progress with proactive follow up via email, onboarding tools, phone, and Zoom
- Guide clients through key deliverables like customer intake, IDX approvals, EIN submission, and billing setup
- Track tasks in project management tools, identify risks early, and escalate blockers when needed
- Re-engage stalled clients with persistence, solutions, and clear next steps
- Serve as the trusted point of contact, setting expectations and maintaining transparency throughout onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams (Education, Support, Operations, etc.) to deliver a smooth, unified client experience
- Support adoption by connecting clients to training resources and the Customer Education Team
- Identify at-risk clients early and coordinate turnaround strategies internally
- Collect and share client feedback to improve onboarding processes and materials
- Provide first-line phone support for basic education and “how-to” guidance on CRM features, IDX, and lead management, escalating technical issues when needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3+ years in customer support, product support, or customer success in a SaaS environment
- Strong client communication skills with excellent writing and grammar
- Comfort teaching and explaining product features in a clear, customer-friendly way
- Experience facilitating virtual and live training sessions
- Strong organization skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and switch gears quickly
- Bonus: customer onboarding experience
- Bonus: familiarity with lead generation, digital marketing, CRMs, or CMS tools
- Bonus: real estate experience
- Preferred: experience working remotely or with distributed teams
