Support coverage runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year (holiday work may be required)
Weekend availability required
Must be able to work one 8-hour shift (Pacific Time): 6am–2pm, 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, 11am–7pm, 12pm–8pm, 1pm–9pm, or 2pm–10pm
Pay: $23.50/hour
What You’ll Do
- Support customers via email, chat, and phone, including SeatGeek Enterprise phone support
- Use performance metrics and customer insights to improve service quality and outcomes
- Work daily in tools like Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google business tools, GitHub, Looker, Jira, and internal admin systems
- Go above and beyond to resolve customer issues and deliver standout experiences
- Join weekly 1:1s and group strategy meetings
- Grow into specialized and escalated support work, plus project work that improves CX over time
What You Need
- Customer service experience (high-volume or tech/startup experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking with anyone
- Ability to stay level-headed and composed under pressure
- Comfort using data to make decisions and support recommendations
- Passion for technology, customer experience, and live events
- Flexibility to adapt to seasonality and product changes
- Reliable high-speed internet (35 Mbps minimum, 50+ Mbps preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
