This is a creator role for someone who can consistently ship short-form that feels human, not corporate, and can translate wellness science into scroll-stopping storytelling. You’ll be building TikTok-first content to support BiOptimizers’ rebrand and grow community across platforms.

- Standard collaboration window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (for meetings and syncs, not a strict shift)
- Flexible hours as long as meetings are covered and deadlines are hit
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and publish original photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform
- Create short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts that matches brand voice and visual identity
- Partner with the Organic Social Manager and Design team on campaigns and messaging
- Track trends, platform updates, and formats to keep content fresh and high-performing
- Maintain an organized content calendar and consistent posting cadence
- Track performance metrics and refine creative based on insights
- Join brainstorming sessions and contribute new creative concepts
- Ensure content stays compliant and brand-safe across channels
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2–4 years creating social content for a consumer brand (bonus if wellness, lifestyle, or performance nutrition)
- Strong short-form video production chops (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
- Editing tool comfort: Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.
- Understanding of algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience behavior by platform
Preferred
- Strong visual storytelling + copywriting
- Organized, deadline-reliable, able to juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
Compensation
- $55,000 – $65,000
