Digitech is part of the Sarnova family and provides revenue cycle management services for EMS organizations. You’ll be supporting refund accuracy and compliance as part of their billing operations.
Schedule
- Location: Remote (United States)
- Type: Permanent, full-time, fully remote
What You’ll Do
- Receive refund requests and process them accurately and on time
- Post and record refunds in the system in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls as needed to attorneys, no-fault insurance, workers’ comp, and the Veterans Administration
- Handle correspondence, faxes, and pending refund-related issues
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Refunds Department Manager
What You Need
- Required: Cash Posting or Refunds experience
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand EOBs (Explanations of Benefits)
- Professional, calm communication style (even under pressure)
- Computer comfort, including working with two monitors
- Strong follow-through, reliability, punctuality, and accountability
- Willingness to ask questions and stay coachable
- Prior refunds experience is a plus (beyond the required posting/refunds background)
