Schedule
- Remote (must be based in Manila, Philippines)
- Working hours: 8:30 AM–9:00 PM CET / 8:30 PM–4:00 AM Manila time
- Rotational weeks:
- Long weeks: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Short weeks: Wed & Thu (5 days off)
- Typically 2 long + 2 short weeks per month
- Compensation: $800 gross/month
What You’ll Do
- Perform KYC/KYB verification and security clearance for new customers
- Help protect the platform by identifying and preventing fraud risk
- Provide technical support for new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across global markets
- Communicate effectively across different cultures and business types
- Create and improve technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to continuous team and process improvements
What You Need
- Fluent English (CV must be submitted in English)
- Willingness to work the rotational night schedule
- Experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, anti-fraud, document/account verification, registrations, or a related area
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with international customers
- Self-starter mentality with ownership and a learning mindset
- Team-first attitude (willing to jump in and help)
