Winning Assistants places offshore talent with U.S.-based clients and backs contractors with training, compliance resources, and support. This role supports a U.S.-based dental group focused on patient-centered care and strong service.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CDT
- Remote (Mexico)
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound sales calls and cold calls to convert leads into booked dental appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text with professionalism and empathy
- Manage scheduling: book, reschedule, and handle inbound calls
- Organize and prioritize email and text communications, including newsletter delivery
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and track performance against KPIs
- Explain dental services, handle objections, and move prospects to appointment
- Support lead qualification, follow-ups, and marketing campaign tracking
- Track lead sources accurately for reporting
What You Need
- Fluent Spanish + English (spoken and written)
- Sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong customer service presence: calm, patient, empathetic
- Confident closer who can guide conversations and convert
- CRM experience + VoIP familiarity
- Bonus: dental scheduling tools (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Bonus: dental terminology/insurance familiarity
- HIPAA awareness and secure handling of patient information
- Able to submit NBI clearance and/or local police clearance before onboarding
- Tech setup: reliable computer, 10 Mbps+ internet, noise-canceling headset, webcam, quiet workspace
- Available for camera-on video meetings when needed

One flag to be aware of: starting at $6/hour is very low for a true sales role. If they’re expecting real quotas and consistent closing, you want to make sure the incentive structure is real and reachable.
