Schedule
- Full-time
- Permanent remote anywhere in Canada
- Must overlap working hours in ET or Atlantic Time (AT)
- Responsiveness expectations: within hours on Zoom, within a business day on email
What You’ll Do
- Manage task boards and internal trackers to keep projects moving
- Own scheduling and calendar management (meetings, milestones, events)
- Manage multiple inboxes and coordinate cross-team communications
- Organize internal docs, spreadsheets, and SOPs
- Support founders and leadership with admin and ops needs
- Support hiring as needed: job posts, screening, interview scheduling, reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding: accounts, equipment, documentation, orientation
- Assist offboarding: equipment return and smooth exits
- Track inventory for laptops, swag, and new hire materials
- Plan employee engagement: team building, monthly events, holiday gifts
- Take meeting notes, document action items, and follow up until done
- Jump into stretch projects and thrive in a fast-paced, “wear many hats” environment
What You Need
- 5+ years experience in a fast-paced environment (startup/pro services preferred)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and process discipline
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup
- Strong communication and ability to close loops
- Tech comfort with Google Workspace + project/work management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
- Able to work ET/AT hours overlap
