Schedule
- Full-time, 30–40 hours/week
- Remote
- Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm PST
- Sat–Sun: 8am–5pm PST
- Candidates available Fri–Sun get priority
- Intended start date: ASAP
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary support contact for parents and students via chat, email, WeChat, and phone
- Answer questions about courses, learning progress, study planning, exams, events, account access, and platform usage
- Own urgent or complex cases end-to-end, proactively driving resolution
- Guide families through the learning journey to ensure a smooth student experience
- Document issues, identify recurring patterns, and partner with internal teams to improve workflows and user experience
- Maintain a high bar for empathy, professionalism, and service quality in every interaction
- Support customer success projects focused on operational improvements and experience optimization
What You Need
- Experience in customer service, customer success, education support, or another customer-facing role preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure when issues are urgent
- Clear, empathetic communication skills, with the ability to explain things simply and professionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and able to work across multiple tools and internal systems
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong English communication skills
