- 100% remote (U.S.)
- Full-time, direct hire
- Remote call center environment with heavy phone volume expectations
What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound calls in a remote call center environment
- Respond to patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Route calls to other billing departments when appropriate
- Resolve customer issues while following client rules and expectations
- Follow through on requests, which may include:
- Calling alternate parties
- Emailing information
- Faxing documentation
What You Need
- Strong computer skills (basic Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Typing speed of 40 WPM (minimum)
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure on busy days
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Good judgment to ask the right questions and find the right solutions
- Professional phone presence and clear communication style
- Dependable and punctual
- Insurance billing knowledge (preferred, not required)
- Training is provided
